My Gold & Green Christmas, Gorgeous Rose Garden & Christmas Wishlist
I love to explore new ideas and colours, no matter the season or celebration. However at Christmas time, one cannot ignore the customary traditions that we naturally associate with the festive season, in this case, Christmas colours. I hope you are having fun preparing for Christmas and the joy this season brings us.
Peony season is short in NZ, so I have been well and truly making the most them! I love their voluminous blooms and fresh, floral notes - they seem particularly at home alongside roses and Queen Anne’s lace - a trio of floral friends that seem to enjoy life together.
I have put together my Christmas Wishlist which I have gathered throughout the year. From delicious stonefruits to magnificent cashmere sweaters, I couldn’t imagine anything more fantastic then opening Christmas presents and receiving some of these gifts.

The lavish warmth of gold’s and green’s are undeniably a Christmas favourite; these colours speak of a traditional Christmas, simple yet elegant, magnificent and lush!
Summer, Celebrations and the makings of Christmas seem to have a matching perfume to me; the heady aroma of peony and garden rose blending together and heralding in the start of the festive season (in my household at least.)
