Time to light the fire…
The crisp mornings and dark skies are upon us. It is time for hearty soups, chunky sweaters and rich hot chocolates. To brighten up the winter days I have been decorating my home with vibrant blooms, candlelight, and collections of my favourite items.
In this newsletter, I introduce you to my feline housemates, showcase the candles I have been using in abundance around my home, and share images of a selection of my absolute favourite things that I adore!

If you follow me on social media you may be aware that the Kaminski-Weston household is home to four gorgeous Burmese cats. They have an impressive collection of talents…one of which is posing for photos. They do appreciate the style of my usual photoshoots and newsletter stories, but they have been requesting that I showcase their cuteness more widely to the world. This month I gave in and decided it was time to let them have their moment!
The shift to shorter and darker winter days does have one major benefit…I can use more candles throughout my house! I l have a vast selection of candles in a variety of colours, scents and styles, and I love utilising them in ways which match the season. I just adore how something so small and contained can add such ambience to a room!
Everyone has a few absolute favourite items and this month I wanted to share some of mine! After rediscovering some gorgeous pieces of tableware, crystal stemware and antique silver items, I just couldn’t resist photographing them - with an absolutely stunning collection of flowers, of course! I hope you enjoy looking through these items just as much as I did.
