My Christmas Day

Greetings and Happy New Year!

I hope your Christmas was a joyous and wonderful occasion - whether your gathering was small or large, spending time with those dearest to you are times to be treasured.

As promised, I’m excited to share with you elements from my Christmas day.  Being my most favourite time of the year, nothing is really a chore, I spend many happy hours in the kitchen preparing our delicious meal.  This year we also had dear friends join us for Christmas day, it was such a treat to spend this wonderful time together.

We enjoyed a six course meal along with an indulgent selection of beautiful wines.  My friends most kindly spent time with a Sommelier pre Christmas and matched the wines with each course, we were very spoilt indeed!
