Easter Delights

Hurrah for the Easter bunny and all that chocolate!  Easter is a delightful celebration and tremendous fun - especially for children.  

Traditionally, my preferred colours to style for an Easter celebration would be pastel tones.  However this year, right at the end of summer, I still had a gorgeous array of flourishing blooms in my garden so it was a perfect opportunity to switch things up a little and inject the vibrancy of various pinks.  I was also fortunate to have access to a selection of striking roses from a local flower grower.

Oh…and what about these adorable felt mice from En Gry & Sif, each with their own expression and personality - a lovable addition to my Easter table.  One thing is for sure; their intake of chocolate will be moderate, unlike the rest of us!

My family always insist I include a chocolate dessert on our Easter menu.  No doubt this year (again!) it will of course be my Chocolate Mousse, a favourite for all.
