Our Staff Christmas

Our team just loves organising the annual staff Christmas dinner.  We spend months ensuring every detail is perfect, and this year's candy cane Christmas was no exception. 

Of course, the inspiration came to me well in advance, back in December 2021 when I spotted the pink jcrew scarves - to me, they just screamed Christmas! 

The Hammond’s Candies candy canes were next, but to be honest, the outside packaging meant that the wrapper had to be removed, and over a couple of hours the canes commenced sweating - less than ideal for your gorgeous Christmas table!  The New Zealand supermarket candy canes, although smaller, would have been better suited. 

The beautiful roses were ordered 10 months in advance to ensure delivery, and they finished off the setting perfectly.  Yes…you also spotted Pandoro lamingtons!  They were made to be extra fluffy with additional coconut, and the pretty marshmallows from Whisk & Spoon completed the table beautifully.

And if there was any doubt, I do believe both children and adults would love this sweet twist on Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory!
